The team discusses how they identify talented immigrant workers and provide an education pathway that bolsters retail management and other corporate careers, and why the English at Work model works well in the busy grocery sector. The inclusion of the WAFC-endorsed certification has allowed this team to build an industry recognized pathway to retail management within community colleges across the United States.
