CLARIFICATION: On March 2, 2023, news reports from pro-Andrew Tate youtubers and Andrew Tate’s manager stated that Andrew Tate wanted to travel to Dubai, if released, to receive medical treatment for a tumor in the trachea that has spread to the brachialis (possibly lung cancer), where he was first diagnosed.

- February 27, 2023: Romanian court rejected Tates appeal of the continued detention. Remain in custody until March 29th. The two women were ordered back into detention.
