Despite the Sharks outshooting the Wild 18-5 the Sharks failed to equalize the 1-0 lead Minnesota grabbed on Spurgeon’s goal. The Sharks would solve Fleury in the second on the Power Play by Captain Couture’s goal, EK65 and Hertl would pickup assists. For the 25th time this season, the San Jose Sharks blew a lead. Team Teal was up 2-0 on the St. Louis Blues, and then a horrific second period happened.
