It focuses on improving an immediate situation by determining the steps that need to be taken in the short term.
Transformational leadership is a style where leaders encourage, inspire, and motivate employees to innovate and create change that will help grow and shape the future success of the company. This type of leadership sees the leader acting as a role model and motivator who offers vision, excitement, encouragement, morale boost, and satisfaction to the followers.
