Episode 3: Productivity in the New Year

Tuum Est: UBC Student Alumni Council

Feb 1 2021 • 18 mins

For our third episode, our hosts Will and Olivia discuss their preferred methods of productivity and organization. Olivia dives into how colour coding your work can help with memorization and organization. Will explains one of his favourite productivity hacks from a book called Mis En Place by Dan Charnas that includes techniques like squaring your to-do list with the calendar.

We would like to acknowledge that UBC’s Vancouver Point Grey campus is situated on the traditional, ancestral, unceded territory of the Musqueam people. We would also like to acknowledge that you are listening today from many places, near and far, and acknowledge the traditional owners and caretakers of those lands.

A special thanks to Eh? Capella for providing the music featured in this episode. Eh? Capella is one of UBC’s competitive a-cappella singing groups. Check them out on Facebook.
