Over the years, he and his wife have developed some best practices when it comes to taking time off to ensure that they get a real respite from the areas of life that are the most draining, and they come back refueled.
The fact is, vacation is not a magic remedy for the stressors of life, but with some deliberate moves, we can gain an honest reprieve, be restored, and truly experience rest.
