Amy C. She has done extensive research that examines psychological safety and teaming within and between organizations and is particularly interested in how leaders enable the learning and collaboration that are vital to performance in a dynamic environment.

Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic, Ph.D. is a psychologist, author & entrepreneur, "Dr. Tomas," as he is known, is an international authority in leadership assessment, people analytics, and talent management. He's the Chief Talent Scientist at ManpowerGroup and professor of business psychology at both University College London and Columbia University. His latest book, Why Do So Many Incompetent Men Become Leaders (and How to Fix it)? also has a successful TEDx Talk of the same name and has "gone viral." Dr. Tomas has written 10 books and over 150 scientific papers on the psychology of talent, leadership, innovation, and AI. His commercial work focuses on the creation of science-based tools that improve organizations' ability to predict performance, and people's ability to understand themselves.
