This episode will be a two-part special. In the first part, we will be chatting with Susanna about the history of homeopathy, modern medicine, and her journey into natural health. Part two will cover getting to the heart of home remedies that can help support good gut health and mental wellbeing.

Susanna Shelton has had a long history with homeopathy and natural health. She has worked and lived in five different countries, including the USA, Scotland, England, New Zealand and Australia. Her passion lies in excellence, integrity, and infinite curiosity when it comes to natural health.

Her kids refer to her as "Brit" (short for Encyclopaedia Brittanica) because of her ability to cross-reference knowledge. Susanna is a lifelong learner having served as Principal and CEO of the College of Natural Health & Homeopathy in New Zealand for 22 years before having an eight-year 'sabbatical' in VIP Tourism in the Bay of Plenty. She is currently back at the CNHH as a co-director, working to continue innovating ways the college can provide education in natural therapy and homeopathy with a commitment to wellness and sustainability
