Control is not a measure of confidence, it's a measure of fear.  Fear of not meeting expectations, or getting the desired outcome. Fear of failure.  In this episode, we'll explore how having more fun can unlock creative potential and leave us all with a whole lot less stress.

  1. Giving up control allows us to see other possibilities than what we thought we wanted. In the flow of the present moment, we can pivot to receive all that is available for the situation.
  2. Trying to control outcomes and prove yourself is negative energy and others will respond negatively to you as a result.
  3. Try looking for ways to have fun in any situation- especially ones that are fraught with conflict or tension. Notice how your focus on having a positive experience (not a positive outcome) shifts everything.
