This podcast is a little different than our others because we noticed a theme in many of our interviews on the importance of mentoring. We invited Denise Higdon, CEO of Work Site Consultants and James Kelley, Partner-Operations and Business Development at the KGR Group to join us and mentor Extraordinaire, Dr. Mary McDonald to share their thoughts on mentoring.
