We are closing out Black History Month 2021 with a salute to all of the hardworking police officers that do the job the right way and the community members that support them. We welcome two young, passionate leaders that are paving the way to a bright future in American Policing. We will be joined by Difficult Conversation veteran Chief Jason Armstrong of Ferguson MO PD (season 2 Episode 8) and Difficult Conversation first timer Chief Bisa French of Richmond CA PD.

We will discuss a number of topics that will be centered around their journeys. Regardless of who you are and what your background is, make sure that you tune in to hear about these amazing leader's past, present and future!
