November 15: The healing power of lasagne and babysitting duties
Every year in Australia, approximately 4,202 parents give birth to multiples (twins, triplets, quadruplets and more). Of these, nearly three-quarters of multiples spend time in the neonatal intensive care unit, while parents experience mental health challenges, feeling overwhelmed and needing support. Helen and Jam return for a chat with Silje Anderson-Cooke, a Director of the Australian Multiple Births Association, about what can be done to address the additional stresses parents of multiples face. Later on, they share the stories that got them talking and provide a much-needed update on their latest book, TV and movie recommendations. The Crown, anyone?
