Corpse Reviver

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Dry Orange Curacao (Or Cointreau)
• 1 oz Cocci Americano (or Lillet Blanc)
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 Dashes of Absinthe

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 12-15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy!

French 75

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 3-4 oz Sparkling Wine

Add first three ingredients to a champagne flute. Take a few sips. Then add sparkling wine to top.
