Seed saving is such a great thing to do for a number of reasons. You can gift your seeds to friends and get some in return. It's a very economical way go growing your own food. If you are saving your own seed you will be producing produce that has inbuilt resilience and suited to your situation.

Madeline runs an organic certified seed farm in West Cork and has been growing, saving and selling her seeds since 2004. Growing varieties best suited to the Irish climate and ones that product reliably. In this episode Madeline gives us her tips and tricks to saving your own seeds at home.
