During Episode 13, we discussed the following:

Our bodies are the instruments within which our spirits and souls reside.  We are not our bodies. When we do what people call "die," our bodies cease to function, but we do not.  We are immortal.  Our bodies, however, are our homes in this 3d realm. We need to develop an understanding of how our bodies communicate with us.

Lynda shared some personal stories about this discussion. She related her experience with a psychic healer that resulted in the healing of her lower back and clearing of an obsession with fairness.

Time is not what we understand it to be. What appears to be "past lives" are much more like parallel lives. When we heal our triggers in our current lifetime, that healing is accessible via our energetic connection to other timelines.

Paying attention to how our bodies feel is the barometer of our overall health.  So often, we have been taught to ignore our feelings.  We talked about the practice of letting babies cry themselves to sleep; where it came from and why?!

We discussed the process of coming into life and form and how some of us even remember this part.

How many of us walking the earth right now suffer from the sense of abandonment that we experienced as babies?

We transitioned to a discussion of our breathing and the current prevalence of people with sleep apnea.

From there the discussion turned towards how we can see the energy that we give out comes back to us. There is a video Lynda has on her YouTube channel about the flow of energy.

We wrapped up discussing the benefits of healing and how we can save ourselves from surgeries and other medical invasive solutions.

Lynda and Mary are here to help you on your path to healing. As they say on the airplane, you have to put your mask on first.  We are here for you, to help you find what you need and apply it to your daily life.

To create a beloved society we need to become our own beloveds first.
