Fredrick Gillam is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, MHSP, LMFT) who started his ministry in the church to help those who need support, especially in the grief and loss space. His introduction into his professional field came as he and his wife were learning how to care for their son who was diagnosed with ADD. Leah and Fredrick discuss ways to introduce mental health in relationships, how to support others who may need it, and group counseling.
