This is the story of a self-made serial entrepreneur, Mr Nhlanhla Sibiya, from Newcastle, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. From studying degree in Dramatic Art, and postgraduate diploma in Culture and Heritage, at Wits University in Johannesburg, he returned to his home town, Newcastle, and established Big Ideas Empire (Pty) Ltd. He is a good example on how to go away from home and then come back to support local economic development.
