Designing and building subdivisions, hi-rise towers, smart centres, malls, office towers, and warehouses is what they do. Currently, they own three properties: their principal residence, one duplex and one triplex all of which are in Toronto. They converted their single family dwelling into a legal duplex and completely gutted and renovated our purposely built triplex. Their property portfolio values at $6M while bringing in $148,000.00 per annum in rent.
