Breathe. Sigh. You are not alone. First of all, we’re all still in a world-wide pandemic. Secondly, most of us are either suffering a loss of some kind, going though some type of transition, or not quite feeling like ourselves. After you’ve gotten the appropriate help, be it therapy, counseling, connected with your spiritual source, have had a physical checkup and you still don’t feel settled. You still don’t feel okay?  Sigh. You are not alone. Listen. We hear you, we are here you and we feel you because, maybe for different reasons and at various levels of awkwardness, we’re right there with you. We are not okay and that’s okay! Breathe. Part 2. Ever since the colonization the African continent and the enslavement of Black People in the United States, there has been a deliberate and consistent efforts to keep African Women and African American women from connecting. Be it the cultural differences or stereotypes seeded by propaganda that distance us, we are so much more alike than we are different. We simply need to have the conversations. Can you imagine how much more powerful we would be as Black Women, from all over the world, if African Women and African American Women closed the gap and fortified our relationships?BWWP Host TracyMac invited Lucie Matsouaka, known for her work with the United Nations Center for Peace (Partnership with UNESCO), Founder of L’Emergence De L’Entrepreneur, an empowerment company for French speaking entrepreneurs, and two-time author, to sit in the BWWP VIP seat and have a heart-to-heart conversation sharing about just how Black Women can make that happen! To connect with Lucie Matsouaka   “Black Girls Hear: Untold Stories of the Marginalized, Unsafe & Unwelcomed”  TracyMac the Self-Discovery Companion – Experience transformational life coaching, consulting and training services at TRACYMAC Solutions for Life Institute. If you'd like to connect with Host TracyMac or her resident co-hosts, Jovonne or Deanna, beyond the podcast we invite you join our tribe that vibes everything #SistaNista & #SistaNistaLovers in our private Facebook community we affectionately call our Black Women's World Queendom   Come connect with us there!**Be on the show: If you’d like to be our guest, know of incredible SistaNista you’d like to see featured, or a would like to submit a show topic email us: peace@blackwomensworld.com Website - Black Women's WorldTracyMac’s BWWP YouTube ChannelInstagram - blackwomensworld_podcastFacebook - Black Women's World w/ TracyMacTracyMac's 3 Amazon Bestselling Books  - music "Laid Back" by Creative Son Media, LLC“Closing the Gap: African & African American Women Pt. 2” 10/15/2021 © ~ All rights reserved © 2021 TRACYMAC™ Publishing

Is She Still Fat? Maybe... I like Me!
This is one of the most vulnerable moments I’ve ever shared with the world. It’s about my weight and health journey and my truth for real. Some things I’ve never shared before, publicly. The time is now! I’m grateful for it and bold about it!From insecurities to sexual assault and sexual harassment, being improperly medicated to choosing poor eating habits for years and a total lack of physical self-control. We all have challenges that we contend with. Be it weight, money, relationships, mental or emotional struggles, we are well able to manage and overcome them by using the strength and strategy of vulnerability. It starts with the mind. Yours mine and ours. I'm sharing some tried and true tips and strategies with you. Be inspired and encouraged! References:BWWP Episode 20 – The Strength and Strategy of Vulnerabilty with LaTanya Junior - Greatly” and “The Power of Vulnerability by Brene Brown -  Musical Inspiration "I Like Me" Kirk Franklin YouTube -  If you'd like to connect with Host TracyMac or her resident co-hosts, Jovonne or Deanna, beyond the podcast we invite you join our tribe that vibes everything #SistaNista & #SistaNistaLovers in our private Facebook group we like to call our Black Women's World Queendom   Come connect with us there!**Website - Black Women's World and YouTube ChannelInstagram - blackwomensworld_podcastFacebook - Black Women's World w/ TracyMacTracyMac's 3 Amazon Bestselling Books  - music "Laid Back" by Creative Son Media, LLC“Is She Still Fat?
