#48 We Talk About Underwater Torpedo League with co-founder and Former Special Operations Marine Raider Don Tran.
Do you remember that underwater sport called Blitzball from Final Fantasy 10? Now take that and put special forces and elite athletes in the arena, turn the ball into a torpedo and you got Underwater Torpedo League!I’m joined by a fellow RFT coach Don Tran, former Marine Raider and co-founder of Underwater Torpedo League (UTL) and Deep End Fitness. This league is actually for all fitness levels and if this peaks your interest in the slightest you should definitely listen to this episode. Don breaks down how they took a pick up game done only in the special forces and made it into a growing sport in the general public. Don covers the fundamentals of breathing and skill that will not only improve your performance in the water but also in your lifestyle. Help level up this podcast by following us on your platform and giving us a review! Follow us! https://www.gq.com/story/introducing-deep-end-fitnesswww.utlnation.comwww.deependfitness.comIG: underwater_torpedo_leagueIG: deependfitnessIG: ddooonnnnYouTube: Underwater Torpedo LeagueYouTube: Deep End FitnessYouTube: Don TranTikTok: utl_nationTikTok: deep_end_fitnessFB: Underwater Torpedo LeagueFB: Deep End FitnessPodcast @nerdoutandworkoutGym @hscgymHost @coachtolozaFacebook https://www.facebook.com/HSCGYM/Youtube https://www.youtube.com/c/HyperStrengthConditioningVisit us at hscgym.comContact us at train@hscgym.comJoin our Free FB Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/nerdoutworkout/
