Harnessing Happiness with Sarah J Naylor is an upbeat, energetic, and inspiring podcast filled with joy and laughter, wisdom, philosophies, and positive psychology.

That was until a few short years ago when the local breakfast show he was presenting for Capital FM disappeared, due to its centralisation in London where it is now hosted by Roman Kemp, and Pete took the opportunity to return to his first love of producing quality content instead. This also enabled him to be himself, and, as you will discover, that involves talking about garden centres, cats and nana naps instead of the latest music trends!
Passionate as he is about podcasts, Pete talks about the personal development journey he has enjoyed indirectly whilst working on the episodes that he produces, not only for Sarah, but his other amazing clients too, as he listens so closely to the conversations between hosts and guests and monologues too.
