Toby Chrisitensen, a Sonic Architect, will be joining us today. He will be drumming softly while I open our sacred circle to do a prayer meditation to the universal heart for more love and compassion. He will then take us on a drumming journey through the five elements and then share what showed up for all of us in the experience. We will also be discussing his journey into Africa to study with the indigenous people, ritual and sound attunement.
