Michael Moutsatsos (born 17 October) is an actor and filmmaker who appeared as a Ledosian scientist in the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Natural Law". As a background actor he received no credit for this appearance and was identified by the episode's call sheets and the name tag of his costume which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. Moutsatsos has been an actor since he was nine years old. In 1979 he appeared in a background role in the crime thriller The Warriors, working with Deborah Van Valkenburgh, Lynne Thigpen, John Snyder, and Tommy J. Huff. Beside his appearance on Voyager, he also worked on the stage plays "Cats", "The Education of Charlie Banks", and "Beat Street", and also worked on several feature films such as the comic adaptation Spider-Man (2002, with Kirsten Dunst, Michael Papajohn, Tim de Zarn, Jill Sayre, Corey Mendell Parker, Ashley Edner, Joni Avery, Rick Avery, Jophery C. Brown, Jacob Chambers, Mark DeAlessandro, Al Goto, Randy Hall, Andray Johnson, Stan Lee, Scott L. Schwartz, and Brian J. Williams), commercials, and music videos. He has also worked as a waiter at Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant in Los Angeles since 2013. [2]

In 2013, Moutsatsos worked as producer, writer, actor, and director on the horror film Stalkerazzi. In 2015 he finished working as cinematographer and director on the drama Barker Daniels. More recently, he completed working as director, writer, cinematographer, and producer on the short horror films Happy Anniversary Maggie (2017), Grateful (2017), Slice (2017), and The Exorcism of Dimitri (2017).

In 2018, Moutsatsos completed the filming of his movies Chosen and The Butcher.

Currently filming the RAVAGE trilogy.
