The Alchemy Group has entered into an exclusive negotiating agreement to restore and repurpose the historic Old Rock Library building on Main Street. The project will be carried out through a public-private partnership and will involve the creation of a new food hall called the "Bramberger Food Hall". The Bramberger Food Hall will feature a variety of local cuisine with an indoor and outdoor seating area. The food hall will be housed in the Old Rock Library building, which was originally opened to the public in 1944 and has been vacant for several years. The restoration and repurposing of the Old Rock Library building is seen as a key part of the revitalization of the Main Street area. Chiropractor Todd N. Grant in Kaysville UT Dr. Todd N. Grant DC is a Utah native. He is the fifth chiropractic physician in his family. After serving a mission for the LDS church in London, Dr. Grant started undergraduate studies in pre-medicine in Utah where he earned academic honors. He then earned his Bachelor’s degree in human biology in Los Angeles. In 1990, Dr. Grant earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic at the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (now part of the Southern California University Health Sciences). Dr. Grant has invested 8 years in education to become a Chiropractic Physician. This consisted of undergraduate studies in pre-Med., graduate studies in chiropractic education, and an internship at the Whittier Health Center in California and a preceptorship in Los Alamitos, California. Principal Jenny Schow grew up in Wyoming. She earned her degree from Utah State in Elementary and Special  Education. Shayne was hired as Kaysville's City Manager 6-1/2 years ago. Shayne is leaving Kaysville better than he found it.   He's hired 6 of the 8 current Department Directors and created an environment that encourages personal growth and development.  As the Kaysville City Manager Shayne has served under three different Mayors and 6 different councils. Kaysville City is fortunate to have leaders like Sol Oberg.  The Chief of Police is often an intimidating authority figure in the department and in the city. Chief Oberg is no different. He's a tough boss, who expects excellence and has earned the respect of his employees and staff. He leads with compassion and kindness and is loved and admired by those fortunate to benefit from his mentorship.  Our episode was cut short but we'll have Chief Oberg back to provide the community with an opportunity to get to better know the man behind the badge...Stay tuned...
