Considering what is said is a demonstration of interest and not a replacement for taking direction from responsible parties you rely on or are under the care of including professionals.

Consideration is a contemplative awakened meditation. An Absolute State of Knowing Awareness is simple as it does not change. To think thoughts can change nature’s essence is a mistake we are free to make. Mental disorders like anxious disorders reflect this belief. Shrinking from rather than facing backward choices increases their impact. Insisting on resisting mental effects creates pressure - insuring they persist.

We Know We Know and are Aware We are Aware. There is no wrong, fight, fear, lies, ego or insanity in Truth as Reality. Our natural state is fundamental and how we know so well when something’s wrong. Anxiety is stress from thoughts under pressure. Pain is evidence something’s wrong. Trying to feel better or get over reactive, impulsive or compulsive urges makes matters worse. Obsessive thoughts are sick choices we can think condemn us. Choices are the will to want. The right to freely think does not make what we think right. Like them or not consequences reflect our thoughts as a mirror reflects images.

Talking and thinking to our thoughts creates more thoughts thinking of themselves - not our self.  Thinking defines what we think not  who or what we are nor what we are thinking about.  Choices to think are actions we take, something we do. We cannot be what we do even while imagining thoughts are true and create “our own” reality.

To any degree untrue thoughts are believed true we lie and manifest unhealthy, ill-at-ease, inner-conflicted emotional turmoil. Lies effects will appear to happen to us whenever we irresponsibly act like we have nothing to do with them.  Feeling lonely is an accurate assessment of disconnected, baseless thinking. To think we have no choice is the suicidal death wish there is nothing we can do about them - as though we don’t exist. To create a cause and deny the effect is how the vicious mental cycle of obsessive thoughts - central to all symptomatic addictions as compulsive behaviors - chronically restarts.

I'm no Einstein, but Albert was and along with many other notables he said: “You cannot fix a problem with the same thinking that created it.”

Symptomatic recovery does not cure the obsessive mental illness - it clears the looking glass so the problem can be seen. Emotional sobriety is sane living.  Wrong as wrong is right. Resting in Peace on earth does not require we first be buried in it.

Little, if any,  belief, faith, hope, or trust in what is Absolute is required since any reliance on the stability of Reality is confirmed as applied now. Awe and inspiration are the actualization and realization that all that is possible is happening here, now, for all that is and all that are - always in all ways.

Thoughts naturally align with our knowing awareness even while the obsession to pretend, they won’t and don’t, seems to consume our thinking’s attention.  Stability like serenity is assured to express the abundance of our essential loving essence. This assurance remains even when we feel lost in tangled thoughts thinking otherwise. Think about That.

Knowing’s nature is Absolute - it is neither negotiable, occasional or optional.

There is no doubt where there is no question.

Sanity is the natural human state of thought as a product of Truth as Reality.

To think we can be excluded from it is to think changing thought is more powerful and able than that which is indivisible and does not change.  Thoughts of this nature undermine our human experience and functional capacity - they do not have any effect on Reality, Truth, or Life - while they can and do have dramatically traumatic effects on how we think of Life and as a result how we dysfunctionally choose to act outwardly.Choices last only as long as they are chosen. Reality need not be chosen to be real. Introducing thinking to what we have aligns it with reality and so allows us to realize and fully utilize our human functional capacity.  Choosing to imagine that thinking about thinking itself becomes reality and thus our self corrupts the primary nature of thinking. To imagine that the basis of reality is only what we think suggests there is no reality other than insanity. This primary induced breach in thought fractures and corrupts all subsequent thoughts and causes enormous instability and conflict that affects all of us.  Written human history speaks to the violence and discord perpetuate by this viewpoint. Mental addiction at its root is induced insanity - meaning it is a choice.  It seems crazy to freely choose this condition but lies acting as truth have sick thoughts appear as all we can do, all we can have and thus all we can act on. The only one that can undo this is the doer of this. If there were no wiser inate option then there would be no other choice and we would not suffer inner conflict, emotional turmoil and mental anguish, since it would be all that is possible, and the only thing we can do - and thinking about it at all, wondering what is wrong, would not occur. Obsessive thinking is an option.  We are aware we are aware and to understand this is to reaffirm our greater knowing awareness so thoughts act on inspiration rather than  desperation.  We know better or would not feel worse when we are choosing the worst option. Trying chronically to feel better, overcome or get through this disturbance is an admission of, and the attempt to manage,  the imposition of this condition. To instigate opinions that refute reality is one way of experiencing life.  Sick choices are choices freely made hoping sickness will cure what it creates. Addiction is based on a lie and so appears to twist fate and all other right into wrong. There is never any requirement to impulsively choose to react and set the chain reaction of obsessive thinking in motion - no matter what we think. Obsessive thinking becomes obvious when contemplating any Absolute concept; Life, Reality, Truth, Love….all sorts of ideas will re-act up to fight for other ideas that have no basis other than to be thought of as true. Peace as our nature makes any disturbance obvious. Seeing thought-centered thoughts accurately allows them to be processed correctly. Not choosing them becomes as easy as the option to choose them. Sanity is stable and easy to restore since the this natural. Right is right because it works every time.  Wrong never works no matter how long we rely on it and the stress created trying to prove it may or can work.  Might, like may, maybe, or possibly are mighty words.  Considering what is happening is considerate. Relying on unprincipled thoughts and think we become the image they reflect is like imagining we are only the image we see in a mirror. Thoughts are imagined.  So-called self-centered thinking is thinking-centered thinking. What is centered in thinking about thinking is more thinking about itself - not ourselves.  We are free to think what we want and are just as free to feel the effects of contempt, internal conflict, and fear we create. Ignoring the effects does not diminish their impact. It is naturally difficult to live with any resistance to what is happening. This form of alleged reality as sanity is induced insanity. The greatest form of substance abuse, that is to think that invisibility means substance must not exist - and so the lack of substance is all that exists. Lies have no basis in reality and only seem to in misunderstood reality. The "under" part of understanding offers the vision to see what cannot be seen visibly. This is the same with the "sub" part of substance. Our standing and stances are positions we choose. Vision is based on understanding accurately aligned with Knowing. What starts with each of our acquiescence to submit to ideas that are not true as truth leads to social ills. We are culpable for propping up this broader mistaken behavior by thinking we have nothing to do with it and thus stand by quietly - while others scream - thinking there is nothing we can do or that can be done.  To think that nothing is the best we can do is a death wish for non-existence, a suicidal thought or tendency accurately reflecting the addictive nature of obsessive thinking. .  If nature is natural it is our nature.  If essence is essential then it is our essence.  Reality and stability do not come or go with the rising and falling mood swings of trending thoughts. Realizing our human functional capacity is dependent on sanity to express our principled nature, naturally.  Thinking about thinking as our source requires we fix every unstable thought to be whole.  Thinking about Knowing as our Absolute Source stabilizes all thoughts simultaneously. The natural order has never been out of order even when induced insanity imagine it so. We can’t do enough to stop what we insist on maintaining.  It is easy to stop anything once responsibility for starting it is assumed.  What can seem impossible becomes simple and easy once our basic thought about reality is sane - the undoing of the redoing naturally dissolves. This simple shift stabilizes thinking since it was persistent denial that set distressed mental conflicts and emotion in motion as the insanity of obsessive thinking seemed to destabilized our thinking so traumatically and dramatically as to appear as reality. Daniel is my brother in law, he has been a singer, songwriter for at least the twenty five+ years we've known each other  - and is very adept at digesting and considering ideas as presented.  We will be back and give him the chance to talk about his experience as a result of our discussion - and how his application of the varioius ideas effects his experience.   Consider what you hear by living with it like trying on a new pair of shoes. How these ideas fit will be clear quickly or become clearer gradually after wearing them a while. To have a sense that something is right even while not understanding it completely is the reverse of clearly knowing something is wrong but not knowing what or why. This form of knowing indicates we know more than we think. Often, what will also become clear, is the flurry of desperate thoughts trying to hide in the dark - once the light is turned on.  Seeing wrong clearly is feeling wrong accurately.  Feeling right is wrong or wrong is right is a choice to feel condemned by what we freely choose to think. Proof of our freedom to think as we choose is inherent in the right to think up irrational ideas and then think they are happening to us rather than being caused by us. Words like brilliance, radiance and enlightenment are indications we are aware of the Infinite Light of Knowing Awareness - as the present nature of our awareness. We can get better by talking about what is actually happening rather than harbor ideas that support the misguided, mistaken and maligned thinking that all that is happening is what we think is happening.  Thinking occurs in brains.  Knowing is not based in time or space, so it is always wherever we are - in total - as it is the essence of all that is and all that are no matter what we think.     contact@mentalobsession.com

If an Infinite Source exists then it is not a choice, optional or negotiable.      Freedom is the right to choose what we think.  That does not mean our conclusions are right. This  Freedom allows we can choose to feel condemned by what we think.  Condemned thoughts are maligned thoughts only imagined real yet having no applicable purpose, place or use in reality - they are only thought “to be”.  We feel the condemned nature of these thoughts.  This does not condemn us since our existence is based in reality not what and how we think about reality. It is the choice to imagine these thoughts are true that causes depressing impressions. Obsessive thoughts vainly attempt to negate reality and truth. This is impossible.  Trying to fix what doesn’t exist is one more way of thinking of fantasy as reality.   Evidence of mental addiction, which is induced insanity,  is thinking there is no other choice but to chronically redo the same thought. Since we are free to think obsessively it can only be undone by the thinker doing it - nobody else. Choice, as a principle, always allows all possible choices, including all impossible choices.  Ultimately freedom is not only found in the breadth of all options  but the lack of any requirement to choose any of them.  Defending wrong ideas as right is the only seeming option obsessive thoughts have since this form of thinking is unprincipled. Reactive, impulsive and compulsive behaviors reflect this by trying to escape what must, again, be imagined to actually exist to escape from. The maintenance of lies rely on chronic attention.  In induced insanity not choosing is out of the question  - and so sanity is always in question.   Lies do not exist without a thinker imagining what is false is true, or truth is false.  Reality is not at risk so needs no defense.  An Absolute state of Being does not change so it is not a choice.  Essence is essential, not negotiable - there is absolutely we can do to change this.  Rising or falling faith, belief or hope in God, Reality or Truth cannot and does not create more or less of an Infinite unchanging essence.  The seeming stickiness of this point is the fight for the right to choose what cannot be chosen, lost or found.  To think we need faith, belief and hope is the choice to act as though reality depends on us rather than noting we are wholly dependent byproducts of IT.  Fighting for shifting thoughts we think can produce or block what is Absolute -  has the pitch of our rising and falling thoughts mirrored by up and down feelings: mood swings.  The essence of Reality, Truth, LIfe and Love do not change as they are as Essential as Ever-Present. It is not an accident that induced insanity defined as addiction argues against choice  then chooses to fight against the idea of an Absolute Source that is not a choice and cannot be lost so is impossible to find - no matter how long our journey.Thinking fluctuates, not reality. Taking an imagined self seriously is to take a joke personally.  Jokes taken seriously are no laughing matter. contact@mentalobsession.com

To think we should not be doing what we’re doing is to think that which is happening is not happening. Even illusions thought of as real cause haunting effects. To ask thinking to imagine it should not or isn’t doing what it is doing naturally manifests an experience of inner conflict, emotional turmoil and mental anguish. This induced form of insanity only persists as long as it is thought of as real then will it be thought of as “our” truth, reality and sanity.  To think we should not be doing what we’re doing is to turn what we are free to do into what appears to be something we think we can’t do and thus imagine it is something we can do nothing about and so chronically repeat the thought to prove the point. In fact the point we prove is that the thinkinis wrong, yet since addiction is the attempt to turn what is false into truth by reversing the natural order of nature - what is wrong magincally appears to become right.  To get this point is to pop the bubble of thought that can seem as though we are stuck inside.  Only the present thought thinking we should not be doing what we are perfectly free to do sets this cycle in motion where it is maintained as long as it is thought of as reality.   Living with a sense that sometihng is wrong is noticing something wrong.  When the basis of our reality imagines it is somethiing we can control with thoughts is to have thoughts become what seems like our only reality.  There are few if any things more disruptive to our psyche than to make believe that realtiy is an optional potential of thought.   Our discussion is not an attempt to suggest we not think obsessively.  Our discussion is public to help embrace what we are doing - by hearing others are also doing what we can think is only happening to us, alone, separate from the rest.  What is not true that is thought to be true feels alone since feelings reflect how we are thinking. We are not lonely when we feel alone - it is the thoughts we are having with no basis that we feel are so alone as to have no place in reality - only thought centered reality as our "only" reality.  We need not be driven crazy to be thinking crazy right where we are now.   contact@mentalobsession.com

MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date.  Our focus is principled so each episode reflects the immediate peace and stability of our Ever-Present Knowing Awareness that clarifies conflicted impressions manifest by the instability and hyper-reactivity of obsessive thinking.We are all free to think what we want and so want what we think.  This does not change as the Freedom to do so, like any principle, is not optional or negotiable.  Feeling condemned feels at least one thought condemned to having no basis and no applicable use - while thought of as reality. To imagine thoughts create reality  has no effect on Reality. Yet to think what is wrong is right is to blame reality while it is our thoughts that are opposed. Conflicted ideas seem to have a life of their own while we think it is life that is impossible. Feelings condemned and in contempt will remain as long as false belief is maintained to be true, it can and most often will be thought of as our reality while it is only a thought. Our discussion’s aim is not to stop this irrational trend but to embrace the doing of it so to allow it be seen as a choice so undoing it by not redoing it is also freely seen as a possible choice. The Knowing Nature of Nature is Perfect Peace since IT does not change. Nothing can be simpler. We Know Peace since essence is essential.  To feel disturbed, discomforted, disconnected and alone is how body language speaks of the nature of our thinking. Thinking creates feelings as effects offering depth to mental perspective. To think things are separate is to induce division within our greater capacity to utilize the natural vision of understanding that can see substance as the basis of Reality.  Mental vision relies on understanding to clearly see what can otherwise be thought of as invisible and this wrongly presumed unknowable.  Misunderstanding is at the root of addiction, where lies, ego as thought appear become our self while it is only thought centered in thought creating the depressing impression. Lies rely on the idea they are the only thing they cannot be: true.  This sense of division opposes vision having the keeper of the lie act like they are blind to the effects suffered.  This is not self serving but thought serving thought trying to turn inanity into sanity.  Sages, gurus and prophets have long mentioned that we are not our thoughts - and in modern terms this means egoistic ideas of our self have no basis other than what delusional imagined about them. The ever-present essence of nature is essential and so thought cannot think itself in or out of its nature. We are free to try yet to use absolute freedom to create any sense of condemnation as conceived reality reveals how thinking opposing reality missed the loving and generous Nature of Nature freely allowing us to think and thus do as we please. The inanity of induced insanity seems to exist and persist only as long as we insist on resisting how we are thinking - Now. contact@mentalobsession.com

We have thoughts. Thoughts don’t have us. Since we are not thoughts their effects are manifest like any dream. On awakening happy or frightening effects disappear. Reality as pure consciousness is not a product of imagination. Imagined reality is not something to let go of - but to be seen clearly as imagined - nothing more than a thought.  Once fantasy is not seen as reality there is nothing to mistakenly think of as serious or personal so getting the light-hearted joke becomes funny. Thinking that delusion can be held onto also disappears. An Infinite Source asks nothing since It Is All That Is IT gives everything. To think IT withholds from us It's natural abundance is to witness how quickly wrong thinking thought to be right flips the narrative.  The thought that what is Infinite could be lacking is the doubtful awareness of a thought lacking substance - thought of as reality.  Reality is our nature - not a place to go or a thing to get more or less of.  To search and seek is the claim something is lost. To search for what cannot be lost is to endlessly search for what cannot be found.  Reality does not change when thinking about it changes. Humans obsessively think about the "mysteries" in the universe while the actual mystery is why we continue and not notice the problem . We need not think we are lying to be subject to the wary effects of lying. Neither do we need to think of all that is happening for it all to be happening, now.  Thinking does not conclude reality. Thinking seems conclusive only to limited thoughts.  Reality is real regardless of how or what we think. Seen clearly this is freedom, seen unclearly it is seen as the reverse; a threat to our thinking so a sense of condemnation naturally follows. We are not condemned, since we are not how or what we think even when the thinking we choose is condemned to failure. If we didn't know better, if we didn't have a greater knowing awareness than our thoughts, we would not clearly and correctly feel so wrong.  Trying to feel better about what is wrong is addictive behavior, since it is an addiction to the thought that it is all we can do that sets reactive, impulse be and compulsive behaviors in motion.  Thoughts are actions and their content is chosen. Voluntary behaviors begin with the directed action of a thought.  Cause precedes effects just as thoughts generate feelings, words, belief, faith and hope. To think how we think of things is all that is happening is to think all that is happening is only what we think. Producing internal conflict between what is presumed to be happening and that which is actually happening is a byproduct.  To think it is anyone or anything else causing our problem is to act as though there is nothing we can do about the problem.  Evidence of this is continuing to act blindly to what we are chronically re-choosing, restarting, and redoing.. To try to feel better about this is to get better at avoiding the cause while acting oblivious to things getting worse. This is the addictive cycle that uses denial, defiance, and delusion as its chronic reactive defense. No matter how loud or long the defense delusion will never be real. To induce the state of belief that it can or will is the inanity of induced insanity.  Reality has no defense or fight since it is not insecure, uncertain, doubtful, or unstable.  The Absolute does not change and what does not change cannot be at risk of changing.  What does not change could not be simpler.  Addiction to thought is not wrong thoughts but duly due to thinking they are right. The many branches of this twisted thinking are all fractured states of imagining that thinking creates reality rather than manifests or causes effects that we feel.Causing inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are all indications that something is wrong.  Even within induced insanity, we have an active bodily guidance system that accurately provides information indicating that we know more than we think. To think of this awareness as something to get over is how our body language appears backward, like a page of text in a mirror, and so is read backward so the sick, addictive infectious strain on our brain is maintained. This form of thought will not be fixed as long as this insanity of fixation on thought is thought to be reality - will it be thought of as our only sane choice.  Reality and Truth do not rely on thought for their existence. We can think all sorts of things that are not true and think of them as truth but not without causing effects that destabilize our experience by causing stress.  Thoughts manifest the effects we feel. Feeling disconnected is feeling thoughts that have no basis in reality as the basis of reality. This backward-addictive thinking vainly claims we are or can be disconnected from reality as a distraction to avoid reckoning with inescapable Truth as Reality. Wearing these sorts of thoughts bears on our psyche and wears us inside out and has not been a good look for humanity. . An Absolute Source is Perfect Peace since there are no sliding scales that rise and fall or parts to conflict with any or all in that which does not change.   An Absolute State of Being remains stable as our thoughts change. Imagine That. Imagine stability is our basis rather than chaos, conflict and calamity. This episode focuses on the Third Step of Alcoholics Anonymous as we continue to expand our conversation to include an Absolute Source as a non-negotiable or optional State of Being that we and all things share equitably, indivisibly and indiscriminately as our common nature.  There cannot be any exceptions to what is Absolute - so only wrong thoughts - thought of as truth are depressing, demeaning and degrading.  This line of irrational thought also includes right thoughts imagined to be wrong. A lie is a lie in any direction. There seems no end or escape from any thought or its consequences that we insist on restarting over and over again.  When freedom to choose condemns us it is not freedom but choices imagined real that are condemned since they have no basis other than the right we have to think wrong can be or is right. Reading our body language is easy when we’re not hell bent on turning the clearly posted sign's upside down. Images in mirrors are always reversed so when imagination is thought of as reality we walk backward witnessing only the results of the collision course we have chosen to turn our back to and act as though life is complicated rather than be bothered to notice it is simply the premise of our thinking.  We are designed to survive - and thrive. Love does not take so cannot create misgivings. It is mistaken thinking that is the source of our problems - especially when we think it is not. We Know We Know and are Aware We Are Aware.  This is worth mentioning, discussing and admitting.  Our thoughts are naturally aligned with Truth even while manifesting effects that consume our attention and mistakenly seem to be all we can do. Simply because we have the right to think what we want doesn’t make what we think right. Choice is the will to want even  enough is never enough. Not choosing is a principle of choice.  We are free to think what we want and that includes any and all consequences. If our calculation is right we get what we thought we wanted.  If our calculus is wrong the consequence of circumstance is the curriculum to learn from our mistake. Dismissing the learning curve is how shortsighted thoughtlessness reactively repeats its performance. Reaction is one common denominator of obsessive thoughts. Another is that thoughts lacking substance equal zero. Zero is not a number so it does not count. No substance equals no applicable, productive or constructive purpose in reality and so is useless. Learning to live on life’s terms means learning to adjust to what happens as it happens. It is not wishful, should’ve, would’ve, or could’ve mindless wandering but an actualization of aligning thought with the terms Life prescribes, as prescribed. To any degree, thinking is used presumed to be the primary basis for our existence overcoming the disturbing effects of this narrative may feel imperative but can never be accomplished.  Feeling wrong as though we’ve been wrong will continue for as long as this irrational line of thinking continues. Mirrors reflect images just as thoughts are imagined reflections. Images in mirrors are reversed, and so too does our thinking become backward.  Lies only exist in thought, any claim of their reality is a choice to fight against Reality. To think what is false is true is an impossible battle. Our experience primarily suffers while thinking is repeatedly asked to do what cannot be done.  It is this misuse of thinking that is the problem - not thinking. Addiction is the vain attempt to reverse nature’s order. Acting out of order and developing multiple mental and physical disorders is a guaranteed byproduct of trying to accomplish this impossibility.  Lies only attempt to be what they are not and can never be. No amount of faith or belief will make a lie true.  We know better and are guilty for the shame produced. This would not happen if we did not know better.  Reactive, impulsive and compulsive behaviors openly, as a mirror reflects images even while we disclaim their value. Not looking does not make what is here disappear. Trying to escape rather than value these effects further exemplifies how addictive thinking feeds on itself. To act as though what is happening is not actually happening is a prayer that desensitization - the numbing effect of denial as the psychic anesthesia of ignorance - will aid in escaping culpability for the imposition of this form of insanity. To put ourself asleep to avoid culpability is an excuse - what would there be to excuse if we had nothing to do with it?  Thinking this way is a death wish especially when we think to our “self” it is a secret.  To imagine that not existing is our only salvation is a suicidal tendency.  We Are Present where all things occur and all possibilities exist.  Healing is natural when we wake up to see imagination is imagined. contact@mentalobsession.com

Fighting over words that convey Spiritual Principles is a distraction to control and avoid reckoning with nature’s nature.  We Know we Know and our stable source does not change even while we twist and turn our thoughts. Reality Is as Truth Is: Pure Consciousness as Infinite, Love as Life Is Light as Existence Is Ever-Present-Knowing-Awareness.How we wrongly think about reality is a problem with thinking - not reality. All, any or no options are possible choices. Choice is will. Will always wants even when wanting more of less, less of more, or nothing at, or of, all. The freedom not to choose is a choice that is always an option. We are free to think what we want so we want what we choose including any and all consequences. If our calculation is right we get what we thought we wanted.  If our calculus is wrong we get the exact curriculum needed to learn from our mistake.  To think consequences are not what we want dismisses leaning from the value of our thought’s shortcoming. This reaction is a common denominator for obsessive thoughts. As Beings, we have life forms for which we are Absolutely Responsible. This means Freedom, Responsibility, and Choice are not options but represent the stability by which our Being nature can be expressed to realize our human form’s capacity. Well-being is based on how well we express our shared nature that always gives all to all that are and all that is. All this to say there can be no problems, conflict, struggle, anguish, or insanity in what Is Absolute. Problems are based on make-believe as we struggle to create and maintain our own reality and truth.  It is no wonder trying to accomplish this has us think Reality, Truth and Life are difficult and a complicated, mysterious  struggle while we chronically continue to press the issue as though it is possible.  Thoughts are imagined, imagine that.  Thoughts aren’t reality so don’t create reality.  Thoughts manifest effects - if we don’t like the effect we are perfectly free to change the thought. To think this is not correct is to think you have no other choice. Addiction is based on imaging that can be or is true.   Getting better doesn’t always feel better. Feeling better is getting better at feeling whether we like what we feel or not.  Listen up, Watch your words both inner and outer - they reveal your thoughts. Managing insanity presumes there is something to manage.  Out of control is unmanageability since there is nothing to manage even while delusional thoughts are “our” reality. This thinking suggests insanity is sane which is like denying a lie is a lie and so it’s supposed management maintains the depressing effect.  Dreams, like obsessive thoughts, as long as we they are real do we think we are in them - until we wake and realize we were only having them. We can’t be what we have anymore than an eye can see itself. Think of thoughts in this way.Any insistence to maintain conflicted thoughts has the thought appear to impose itself on us. To claim we have nothing to do with it mirrors the claim there is nothing we can do about it. All of these conclusions are lies. Responsibility, Freedom, and Choice are fundamental principles of mental health. There are no victims or insanity in reality. As Sentient Beings sensitivity is intelligence so we cannot be too smart for our own good - though we can dumb our experience down by narrowing the focus of our awareness to conclude the nature of truth as reality is only what we think. Sobriety is recovery from symptomatic addictions induced by imagining fantasy is reality. Reactive, impulsive, and compulsive behaviors all fit into this category as they are based on a lie that lies have the power to become reality. Reality as an Infinite Source cannot be more or less than it is since it is not a quantity but the quality of perfect peace. Emotional sobriety is sane living. Essence can seem unseen until understanding sees it does not need to be thought of to be essential for existence.  We Know more than we think or mental anguish would be a normal disturbance and not feel uneasy. Pain tells us something is wrong. To misread this to mean run faster to escape, get over it, or feel better about it is to insist the problem causing the pain persists.Zero is not a number. It is the concept of nothing used to understand everything in mathematical terms. Math is said to be the universal language. If understanding the universe comes from no-thing then considering Infinite Indivisibility may seem beyond comprehension while it is certainly possible to imagine an ever Present Knowing Awareness is here now where Life Is, where we always are, as we are. An Absolute State, like our Present Knowing Awareness, has there here and then now since seeking to find what, where, why and when are no longer places to go further or get more of to find what cannot be found has never been lost but to thought lost in perpetual thought thinking of itself as reality.   The Present is enough as enough as there is no more or less to Know or find in Absolute Present Knowing Awareness.  We are as We Are NowHere.  Period. contact@mentalobsession.com

What does not exist cannot be a problem, though we can apparently think otherwise. Our conversation is about doing what we're doing to be causing the effects we are experiencing.  Seen honestly addiction has no hold over us and cannot condemn us.  Our thoughts, brain and ego cannot attack us since they are illusions.
