Happy International Women's Day! In this episode of The Women's Pelvic Health Podcast I am joined by Kelsey Bates, a New York City based Therapist and Endometriosis Warrior. Kelsey shares her incredibly inspiring and uplifting journey with Endometriosis, from the onset of her symptoms, to her diagnosis, treatment, recovery and more. She walks us through the doctors she went to, the surgeries she had and the mental and emotional support that got her through these challenges. Kelsey also talks about the importance of forgiving your body, letting go of the anger you have towards your body and allowing yourself to know that your body has not betrayed you and that it will in fact heal. You just have to let it. ________ Get in touch with Kelsey: email: kelseyreneebates@gmail.com website: https://www.kelseyrbates.com/ instagram: @kelseyrbates ________ Recommended Book: Ask Me About My Uterus: A Quest to Make Doctors Believe in Women's Pain By Abby Normal https://www.amazon.com/Ask-Me-About-My-Uterus/dp/1568585810 ________ Nuna Med Urinary Tract SupporTea: nunamed.com/products/ DISCOUNT CODE: (20% off your first order) "BYEUTI"
