I’ve been very open about my therapy journey because I grew up in an environment where therapy was for "pussies" or crazy people.

Well call me crazy as hell because therapy definitely opened up so much space for healing in me and I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again … okay let me stop lying, I’ve said it HELLA TIMES and I’ll say it again …
