For thousands of years monks have followed the same daily routine. Why? Why do they wake up at 4am? Honestly, why does anyone even wake up earlier than 9am? How important is a daily routine and do we actually even need one to begin with? I followed some advice from the morning routine of Buddhist monks and here is what happened!
