About Sinéad Gleeson

Sinéad is a writer, editor and broadcaster. Her ground-breaking and critically acclaimed collection of personal essays, Constellations: Reflections from Life (2019), won Non-Fiction Irish Book of The Year Award and the Dalkey Literary Award for Emerging Writer.

In addition to the anthology, The Art of The Glimpse, which Sinéad will discuss in her interview, she has also edited 3 other collections of short stories. The first was Silver Thread of Hope (2012), followed by The Long Gaze Back: An Anthology of Irish Women Writers (2015), which won Irish Published Book at the Irish Book Awards. She won this award again in 2016 for The Glass Shore: Short Stories by Women from the North of Ireland.
