We live in a world where being busy almost means "I'm important." Because of it, "I'm busy" became a favorite, widely accepted go-to reason to explain we didn't do what we planned or committed to do.
But what would happen if you couldn't use "I'm busy" anymore as such an excuse? What benefits could it actually create in the day-to-day of running your business? In this Motivational Monday, I'm challenging you to try this for a week - not to say, "I'm busy" as an excuse.
