Gerrymandering is the process of drawing voting districts in order to give one party an advantage over another. It's often called "the art of rigging elections." With gerrymandering, politicians are able to choose their voters instead of the other way around. This is a very serious issue that affects our democracy and undermines fair representation for citizens across America.

On this episode of The 411 Live, Beverly Taylor invites Chris Walton, former President of the Democratic Party of Milwaukee County, What gerrymandering is, how its done by both Democrats and Republicans but how its often associated with Republicans.
