Born in Kentucky and raised by the woods in a rural area, my dear friend Sherilyn Tarver has been defined by this environment and this continues to influence how she relates to nature, plants, and animal beings still today.

As a child she was distracted from her nature-based environment and socialized into the church, school, and civilization. Eventually Immersing herself as an adult into the practice of yoga led to teaching Ashtanga and Prana yoga, which helps her to ground and center back into herself and a natural way of being.

She is a mother, urban priestess, and caretaker of our beloved mother earth including her animal residents, and This is her purpose in life.

My 2^nd guest Danielle Coulter  is an author, actress, horseback rider, and a snowboarder. She loves to be in the community as much as possible by entertaining kids as a fairy and acting in plays with her friends. She is a lover of snowboarding down the mountain and was the first adaptive snowboarder in the world.
