I am so excited to bring you today's interview. I have a guest on the show that talks about all the things that we need to learn, know and practice to live a life we love. If you are someone who feels like they could be labeled as a perfectionist, burnt out, or stressed like all of us, this episode is for you. Dr. Anne Welsh is a clinical psychologist, executive coach, fair play facilitator, and consultant. She began her career at Harvard before opening her own practice with a focus on supporting women in all their roles at work and at home.
