Basic skills are never truly basic. Anyone who tells you otherwise doesn’t understand the value that comes into your business from these so-called “basic” skills.
And although some businesses want cheap labor for simple or repetitive tasks, we must be mindful of people’s knowledge, talent, and craft when hiring them to do the job. These simple and repetitive tasks may seem small but they end up playing a big role in one’s business.
