Gerard Ibarra, Ph.D., author of Good Decisions, Better Outcomes, is also a speaker, consultant, and serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of management & leadership experience. He’s founded three tech companies. And, (Taylor's favorite), is he received his Ph.D. in Applied Science from Southern Methodist University.
Dr. Ibarra teaches individuals, business owners, and companies faced with tough decisions, made even more difficult by competing alternatives and departments, to converge on one alternative that is for the betterment of the overall objective or company. He uses his five-step process, which is quantitative and qualitative, that is also repeatable, reliable, and consistent, to help them with their decision-making process.
