That, saying yes to the small impulses or big ones, and having a good giggle whether spontaneous, or in a simulated fashion through laugh therapy groups has profound benefits on your life,  physical & mental well being Study findings on humor, stress and coping strategies by researchers Martin & Lefcourt; explored the relationship between humor, stress, and coping strategies. It found that individuals who use humor as a coping mechanism experience lower levels of stress and anxiety. The Big Idea is that even although life can get really busy, perhaps at times overwhelming, filled with decision making, facing our fears, our beliefs that keep us stuck, our days can be filled with highs and lows BUT at the end of it all how are you making the most of your potential as a human, how are you living a life of excellence and integrity, what are your talents, and skill sets that you didn’t even realise you had that can add value to your life. What are you doing to level up your life, how are you being in your life, how are you working toward developing a more upbeat outlook on life, broadening your horizons.Spontaneity can add significant value to our lives in various ways, contributing to personal growth, creativity, and overall well-being. When we engage in spontaneous activities, it can lead to positive experiences and benefits for the body and mind.You can start by being spontaneous with the following 3 steps:1)   First of all, don’t over think2)   Secondly say yes more often3)   Thirdly ask yourself this question -  “What do I want to do?” Unless it's illegal or will do harm to you or others. A good night's rest has numerous benefits from your mood, to your brain performance,  to your health. Not getting enough quality zzzzzz raises the risk of many diseases and disorders.Many people negate the importance of a good night's rest and there is more to a good night's sleep than just hours spent in bed.Sleep tips: 6 steps to a better sleepStick to a sleep schedule. Who Are You; for a moment let's STOP and think about what those three words really mean.  Our Gender, Ethnicity, Cultural Background, Family Relations, Name, Religious Background or beliefs, and what we are doing for a vocation, career etc. Those are the general labels that society gives us that provides a picture of who we are: But that is a small part of who we are. What else defines who we are?As a world-wide society depending on where you are from we have been conditioned, and programmed to connect to our general labels; gender, race, religion or beliefs, our social status, material possessions,  and let us not forget our beliefs around those labels.  We as humans are labeled and give labels. Labels that generate both positive and negative thoughts, feelings and emotions,  which can also have both positive and negative effects on us and our lives. as well as those around us. BUT that is not 100% Who We Are!
