Dylan is joined by Simon Woolf and Ryan Opaz, co-authors of the award-winning book ‘Foot Trodden’ about Portugal and the wines that time forgot. Simon is originally from the UK living in Amsterdam, Ryan is originally from the US, now a Portuguese citizen living in Porto and both share a love of Portugal and Portuguese wines. They discuss, amongst other things, the history of Portuguese wine, holding onto tradition while embracing the future, and all things Portugal, such as food, diversity, landscape, grapes and of course people.
