If you cannot offer any coaching, ideas, resources or other forms of meaningful help to those in whom you are disappointed, then you should quit criticizing them for not improving. In this week’s episode of “Managing to Make a Difference,” Larry Sternberg and Kim Turnage will offer you insights into the importance of positive recognition. After all, due to the wiring in our brains, we have to be more intentional in helping our people acknowledge and celebrating successes.
