How Max Lost 58kg in 8 MONTHS!!!

A little over 8 months ago Max came to me in my DM's over on Instagram and was desperate for some help to see him curb his ever growing waist line and numbers on the scale.

At over 6 foot tall and 200kg, Max was by far the biggest person I had ever spoken to and I could here in his words just how lost he felt and how hopeless he was about the entire weight loss process.

We spoke to Max 5 months ago on episode 21 after he had come on board my free mentor program. He was doing really well and at that point was down an incredible 25kg and was feeling extremely positive about the future and his ability to continue the process to see him lose even more weight and see him change his life forever.

In this episode we speak to Max again and see where he is at both mentally and physically and how on earth he has been able to achieve the RIDICULOUS progress he has had to date. In just over 8 months, Max has been able to lose over 55kg and 101cm, and continues to drive forwards each and every week.

What is his secret, what exercise does he do, what does he eat and has he found it hard are all questions he answers from me this week on the podcast.
