We read another book! This week, Thomas and Sarah talk about, 'Surely You're Joking Mr Feynman', the memoir of the Nobel prize winning physicist who worked on the Manhattan project and the committee to investigate the Challenger disaster. He was also an exceptional drummer, painter, and lock-picker. This book is one of Tom's favourites, and while Sarah had no idea who Richard Feynman was, couldn't put it down. It's Sarah's choice this week, and she's chosen the 1995 romantic drama Before Sunrise. Shot in Vienna, this Richard Linklater classic is set over one night in Vienna. This week Tom is in charge so of course the film is beyond obscure. In this episode we explore Groove, a film staged around a warehouse party in San Francisco around the late 90’s. For Tom it was a large influence on his adolescence and would be a driving force towards pursuing DJ’ing.
