Distinctive Behaviors of High Performing CEOs
Kim Powell studied 17,000 leaders to identify distinctive behaviors of high performing CEOs. In this episode she breaks down how she tapped into a database created by the leadership advisory firm, ghSMART containing more than 17,000 assessments of C-suite executives, including 2,000 CEOs to determine what distinctive behaviors can identify CEOs that will be high performing in their roles. She went on to co-author a New York Time bestseller where she shares detailed insights from her findings. Having worked at Boston Consulting Group previously and with a keen interest in leadership behaviors, Kim has spent a large portion of her life working with CEOs and identifying opportunities to improve their performance. She breakdown specific skills, attributes, mindsets, and behaviors that can help identify distinctive leaders. This is a must watch for CEOs, investors, and anyone looking to improve their leadership skills.
