Becky Dean is a fan of adventures both real and fictional. When she’s not writing or traveling, she can be found drinking tea, watching science fiction shows, or quoting The Lord of the Rings. Though she lives in Texas with her husband, she remains a Southern California girl at heart. She is the author of two contemporary young adult romances and also writes science fiction under the name B.L. Dean.

In this episode we discussed her most recent travel romcom, Picture Perfect Boyfriend. We chatted about writing settings she loved, Remington Steele, her love of travel and reading. We also discussed her author journey, including her sci-fi books written under a pen name and how she world builds.
