“We need to be able to change the way we work and live, to be able to manage and also to reduce our impact on the environment. So I absolutely think it’s key. We can’t solve the problems that we face as a society without including half the population.”

Helen is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow member of Institution of Chemical Engineers and Fellow member of the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) with over 20 years’ experience of working in Industry. She is currently Non-Executive Director of World Transport Agency Group, a family run international logistics company, and during her engineering career, she has worked in steel, water
