Are you struggling to feel better? Stop trying to do it all on your own! We don’t know what we don’t know or how our lives are fitting into the bigger picture of life and we are all impacting each other in different ways. God’s got you! But also remember that God is not a fairy godmother or a genie in the bottle granting all of your wishes and prayers. We need to see what we are supposed to see and learn the lessons we need to learn in order to grow and change. The same is true within our own bodies where our systems are constantly struggling to work together to keep us healthy, in spite of the fact that they are constantly bombarded with environmental factors, the food choices we make, stress, and more.
