Nowadays she helps others achieve their dreams through her continual work as a trainer, consultant, and mentor. Renee’s badge story pertains to the Granddad Bandit, a serial bank robber who hit 25 banks in 13 states. Renee broke down how investigations and analytics were done compared to today, and how information sharing among surrounding agencies was still as crucial in solving crimes back then as it is today. Renee is currently retired, but continues to give back to the profession through her leadership consulting work.
