Chase and I served in the Marine Corps together, and we outline our relationship, and our different experiences in the Marine Corps. We really discuss different challenges that a firearm manufacturer faces during day-to-day operations, as well as what makes a Brace Built rifle different from a DIY built rifle that your buddy can build in his garage. He takes us through the process of manufacturing parts from raw materials, into a tested, guaranteed product.

Buying a new home can be a very daunting task, we talk about some tips that Chuck likes to pass on to his clients, and ease them into home ownership.

One line you constantly find yourself as a business owner is customer satisfaction vs. driving revenue towards your business. We discuss how as a business, you can bridge the gap between the two, and how it will generally pay dividends for your business. Getting a customer to come back the 2nd time should ALWAYS be the goal, not getting them in the door the 1st time.
