Luke is a Welsh coach who is now living in America and has a wealth of experience in both rugby and S&C coaching.Luke began his rugby coaching career after gaining his BSc in Exercise Science and eventually coached for the WRU. Following this, he changed his focus and moved to America to achieve a master's degree in Strength and conditioning, where he has since coached elite level athletes in multiple sports such as the UFC’s Dustin Poitier.Luke has recently returned to coaching rugby while utilizing his S&C background in prestigious American colleges like Penn State University and Yale University.

Sir Ian McGeechan won thirty-two caps, playing at fly-half and centre, and captained the team nine times. Sir Ian, as a player, toured with the British and Irish Lions in both 1974 and 1977.Sir Ian was the British and Irish Lions Head Coach in 1989, 1993, 1997 and 2009. In 2005 he coached the midweek side on the British and Irish Lions tour to New Zealand on the invitation of Sir Clive Woodward. On the international stage, Sir Ian also won the 1990 Grand Slam with Scotland. Domestically, Sir Ian became the Director of Rugby at London Wasps in 2005, and led his team to the Powergen Anglo-Welsh Cup title, beating Llanelli Scarlets in the final at Twickenham. In his second season, London Wasps claimed the Heineken Cup and in his third season, they lifted the Premiership cup.In 2010 Sir Ian joined the coaching staff at Gloucester as an advisor to Head Coach Bryan Redpath and his coaching team, and in 2010 he moved to local rivals Bath Rugby as performance director.Taking over as the director of rugby at Bath in 2011, the following year Ian was appointed executive chairman of Leeds Carnegie.Ian was knighted in the 2010 New Years’ Honours List for his services to rugby, and received an OBE in 1990.

It's worth it. As a player, Robbie is an All Black and also represented Canterbury on 145 occasions. As a coach, he is the most successful Super Rugby coach in history, winning 5 Super Rugby titles and another 2 as a manager with Crusaders. Robbie was the Wallabies Head Coach between 2008 and 2014, where we won the Tri-Nations in 2011. Since the Wallabies, he has been with the Panasonic Wild Knights head coach, winning 3 Top League championships.

He breaks down what he feels are the main components for making a successful tackle. Nathan is a 35 capped Wallaby and during this time won the World Cup in 1999. Domestically, he played 94 times for Waratahs in Super Rugby. Nathan moved into coaching in 2010 with the Rebels. In 2013, Michael Cheika brought Nathan to Waratahs and soon the team won the 2014 Super Rugby competition. Nathan continued his relationship with Cheika, and he became the Wallabies defense coach in 2015 through 2019. Nathan is now a performance coach with Australia Rugby.

In 2015, Ben became Head Coach of Fiji and soon became their most decorated coach of all time with back-to-back World Series titles and back-to-back Hong Kong 7s tournament wins. In this #RW3 show, Mat shares what it is like to play professional rugby in the United States and why it has an exciting future. Mat has been a professional player for 12 years and has represented England 7s at 34 World Sevens Series Tournaments, scoring 92 tries. More recently, Mat has played for the Seattle Seawolves in Major League Rugby, winning the championship twice in 2018 and 2019. Mat will continue with the seawolves as a player-coach for the 2021 season.
