This is a “camp fire” style story, set in the very near future where an alien invasion has happened. Earth had lost the battle. After a short but bloody war, most of the human children were taken off world to be enslaved. All that were left alive on earth were either too old to go off world, too young to work as slaves or those in the resistance that were never rounded up and killed.
This Podcast contains graphic descriptions of butchery and murder hand in hand with strong and colourful language. This Podcast is defiantly not suitable for younger listeners.
Episode 6 - The Trial
Henry is brought out in front of the Ha’Tarnian Court where he is. Read out the charges,
Animal cruelty
Actual bodily harm
Grievous bodily harm. 7 counts of murder (two on the asteroid 5 on the space station)
Genocide
Crimes against Ha’tarnity
Chichi starts laughing uncontrollably and is ordered to wait outside. Henry is asked if he pleads guilty or not guilty and he pleads not guilty, to the displeasure of “frank” that is also representing Henry as well as being the ambassador. Witnesses tell their side of the story as well as cctv is played as evidence.
The Ha’Tarnian judge finds Henry guilty in all counts and sentences Henry to death, Frank intercedes and suggest that the Ha’Tarnians suspends his sentence on the condition that Henry fights in the war with the Anunaki as he is quite a murderer and can be used to the Ha’Tarnians interest as well as the greys. The Ha’Tarnian judge agrees to this with the added conditions that Henry can be at their beck and call to pull missions for the Ha’Tarnians when Henry is not on mission with the greys. Henry and Frank are beamed up to the bounty and chichi is already there. Henry vents his anger towards Frank and Frank tells Henry to relax and that the deal means nothing as Henry will be declared dead during the war.
