She then started to apply her background in education, the arts, and psychology — along with trial and error — to create an integrated process for individuals to meet their goals and values.
Tonia is a lifelong learner and continues to study mental health, human behavior and well being. She integrates motivational interviewing, mindfulness, along with habit changing and teaching strategies when working with her clients.
