He has led a training firm, industry call center, learning portal, and executive coaching firm. Matthew attended Phillips Academy Andover, studied in Bologna, Italy, and earned degrees in philosophy and economics. He’s originally from Boston and now lives in Las Vegas. His works have been translated into eight languages and his photographs have been auctioned for charities frequently. Trevor MacomberTrevor leads global branding and communications at Cartus, the industry leader in global talent mobility and corporate relocation solutions. He is also the co-author of Chaos by Design: Tales of Empowerment on the Path to Digital Transformation. Barry takes pride in nurturing customer confidence and delivering quality services as a respected value provider and partner.   Derek Duffy Derek began his career at Armstrong Moving in 1990 as a summer student, working in the operations department, moving to a sales role after he left university. In 2020, Derek, along with his business partner, purchased Armstrong Moving. He was elected to the FIDI Board of Directors in March 2018 (the world’s largest global alliance of international moving and relocation companies) and is set to become President of FIDI in 2023. He is also a lead trainer for the FIDI Academy. Derek resides in Toronto. In his spare time he is the personal Uber driver for his two children’s sports activities.    Dan Gerlich Since joining Cartus in 2003, Dan has worked in both international and domestic operations, demonstrating a high level of skill in managing complex client engagements. Dan has served on many projects over his tenure with the company that have focused on efficiency, process improvement, and enhancing the customer and client experience, as well as leading multiple clients through large headquarter relocations.    Tom Lacey Tom is Cartus' Supply Chain Director, with more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate relocation industry, along with accounting and finance experience.
